Uh no, I heard we aren’t to hate; I think a preacher told me I either love or hate. So no, I do not hate. I love everything!

Good job. You just showed you do not understand God. God does not want you to ‘love everything’. God hates evil and evildoers. So should you.

Let me give an extreme example of my hatred. I despise those who sexually abuse children. No, I do not love them. I can pray for them and hope for them to repent and be saved. I have love for their soul, as God does by giving His Son to die for them. But I also hate them and I hate the evil they do.
