The natural power of God’s Word is to prick. The natural influence of God’s handiwork in all of the world is to bring a moment of spiritual clarity to the soul. When you experience it, do not resist. Resisting God will create a calloused heart that eventually will feel nothing. When you feel the prick of spiritual truth, do not kick against it.
