As I have preached several of the 10 Commandments, I also will in the near future be preaching the 9th Commandment which warns not to bear false witness against another.
Judging righteous judgment is the act of righteous people. The duty is always to judge with righteousness and to properly judge between evil and good.
The guilty shall not go unpunished. God says, “Now if a person sins and does any of the things which the LORD has commanded not to be done, though he was unaware, still he is guilty and shall bear his punishment.” Lev 5:17.
The guilty person, whether the rightly accused or whether it be the false witness, he shall not go unpunished. And Leviticus warns even further the danger of unwittingly or unknowingly breaking the commandment and doing harm to someone else. Even he or she shall feel the hand of the Lord’s wrath.
