To have sex with another woman not your wife is a very stupid thing to do. Keep your eyes in your head and do not let the mind commit adultery. It will only lead to doing the real thing.

Proverbs 29:24 says, “He who is a partner with a thief HATES his own life“. One of the ways stealing happens is the stealing of another man’s or another woman’s spouse. The one who marries such a person is literally partnering with a thief. A thief remains a thief who keeps the stolen thing.

I recently heard of a man in the church who left his wife for another woman. And I understand he’s still going to church and is acting like everything is good. Those who say that grace covers everything are the culprits who would pervert this and accept an obvious evil. Because this man went through the legal path of releasing the wife of his youth to divorce, there are many liberals in the church who would say God forgives the man. God does not forgive such. It was adultery and it remains adultery and the man who did this lacks sense. Very sad.

There may be a bit of self-loathing involved. As the Proverb says, he does this evil because he cares not for his own life. He is unrepentant and undaunted in his path of self destruction.
