If anyone in the whole world had an excuse to complain to God, it was Job. But when God answered Job, Job shut his mouth and admitted his error.
“Then the LORD said two Job, ‘Will the faultfinder contend with the Almighty? Let him who reproves God answer it.’ Then Job answered the LORD and said, ‘Behold, I am insignificant; what can I reply to you? I lay my hand on my mouth.‘” Job 40:1-3.
There are rebellious and proud people today who see God as the father they used to argue with and speak disrespectfully to. It was sinful to do it to your dad and it is doubly so to speak thusly to the Almighty. When you blame Him of wrong, you accuse the perfect God. And it is folly and dangerous. Shut your mouth when tempted to speak boldly to accuse God of doing wrong and learn from Job. If that man had no right to speak boldly to accuse God, you sure do not.
