“17 Not that I seek the gift itself, but I seek for the profit which increases to your account.” Phil 4

The Bible says to give because you cannot outgive God. God will bless the giver much more than the giver gave. The giver reaps a bounty of blessings from God. Ultimately the greatest blessing is the reward in heaven. Jesus said to lay up treasures in heaven where moth and rust cannot destroy. Jesus said it is more blessed to give than to receive, Acts 20:35.

Jesus said, “Give, and it will be given to you. They will pour into your lap a good measure -pressed down, shaken together, and running over. For by your standard of measure it will be measured to you in return.” Lk. 6:38.

It takes faith and love to give more than you think you can. It takes faith to see the increase that will come to you. When deciding to give, don’t be held back by concerns that you won’t be provided for.
