Are we letting go of stuff or are we more concerned with this life and material things? Do we care more for preserving our lives than we are with being united with the Almighty God?
Listen to the wisdom of Jesus….
“Whoever seeks to preserve his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life will keep it.” Lk. 17:33
A parallel passage says, if you lose your life for Jesus’ sake, you will save your life.
Eternal life is more important than this life it is more important than a thousand lives on this planet. We must live today for Jesus..
