There are churches that claim Christians cannot lose their salvation. Hebrews 2:1-3 (see attached image) is talking to US/WE which implies we Christians can neglect our salvation and we can lose it.

People who believe in free will, because it is essential to have it if love and faith have any meaning, are accused of cheapening promise of grace and the gift of salvation. That’s just spin language. Why would God appeal for the world to believe in His Son if man had no say in it? He wouldn’t. God offers salvation to all, but He gives salvation conditionally. Repent, confess, and be baptized and God washes your sin away, Acts 22:16. But if you choose to turn back to the world, like those mentioned in the Bible, you shipwreck your faith and fall from grace, 1 Timothy 1:19; Galatians 5:4. So if you are saved, keep faithful to God,b God will not give you salvation if you turn back to the world.
